The "Vintage Years" DVD Box Sets
The "Vintage Years" have been digitally remastered to DVD. Chapter markers with selection menu's by competitors name have been added to easily skip to your favorites. The DVD case artwork is beautifully packaged with a "retro" vintage logo from the early years and features the names of the finalists of Classic and Showcase on the back cover.
SET 1 (1983-85)
Vintage Years 1983,1984,1985 is reproduced as a 5 disc DVD set.
This set includes competitions from all three years, featuring
the very first 1983 US OPEN Swing Dance Championships. Also
included in this set is one of the best US OPEN productions on
Video, 1984, produced in a "TV Show" format with clips and
interviews with dancers and if that is not enough we include
1985 in the this set as well.
SET 2 (1986-88)
Vintage Years 1986, 1987, 1988, also a 5 DVD disc set. See how
the dance began to change in these years as Texas, Oklahoma,
and St Louis began to influence the West Coast Style. And the first
Young America Competitions begin.
